I’ve had my desk for exactly 12 months don’t use the up-and-down feature with exception to maybe about once a day. I was very disappointed to learn when the button broke there is no replacement part. The manufacture Luxor who I called told me I would have to buy a new one. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing any Luxor brand that does not carry part replacements.
