Yes. I understand all the negative reviews.BUT. I just replaced the batteries. I think I've replaced them4 times in 12 years.For $20. bucks to last that long. And still work perfectly.Does it look brand new> NO.Has a tiny piece of the black plastic cracked at the at the top. Yes.But you can't see it.Is it sticky to hold? Yes.Is it Difficult to fill? Not if you're careful.But it's electric and I don't have to hurt my wrist trying totwist my Heirloom , beautiful wood peppermills.I just turn it upside down . And it always just expels whatever grind I've set.
