These are great! They are easy, just set them on the edges and they are ready to go. Been on my skillet for a year and a half and aren’t rusted. They really allow you to see where your heat is on the surface. I used to cook on high maybe medium high now I’m on medium, medium low. They help a lot with wind getting under the surface.
