BEWARE, the instructions are in Chinese, I had to request for an English version, which was still confusing. They don't tell you there is a power switch underneath the control box, I found it through frustration and turning it on its side. Having said that, it's ok, battery doesn't last all that long and I wouldn't want anyone pushing me. Previous wheelchair had levers to disconnect motors on wheel hubs, which meant easy to push, this model hasn't, so it's very stiff to push. You get what you pay for! Anyone over 5'2" would find their knees a bit high as the depth from the foot rest to the seat is rather shallow. Does the job and is very light, which for me is essential. I would recommend but with reservations, hence only four stars.UPDATE:The wheelchair developed a serious problem, the auto breaking system failed and the wheelchair collapsed, with me in it, a couple of times leading to me being thrown out. Glad I didn't have the seatbelt on as I would have been stuck under it. At first the company were very helpful and replied quickly but, after three months of texts and Amazon helping they accused me of causing the fault after the 12 months had expired. An untrustworthy and devious company to be avoided at all times. I guess that these companies from so far away think this is normal business practice as we cannot do anything about it. This was my second time of having an electric wheelchair from a country so far away and both times had the same reaction from them, the other company was Shuntai. So be aware and try to buy English / UK, dearer to buy but cheaper in the long run as distance doesn't make them dishonest so you can deal with them more effectively.
