I got a ruler out before I bought it to see how big it would be, but I didn't think about how much food would actually fit on it. It definitely was NOT pre-seasoned. The handles are (to me) very awkward, namely for the fact that they are very close to the pan and it's a bit of a skill to grab on to them with a potholder or oven mitt.I LOVE THIS GRIDDLE!I use this to grill meats and veggies on one side because I live in a town house and outdoor grills are prohibited in my community. It leaves nice lines on the meat and gives a great flavor. I sear the meat on both sides then turn down the heat to finish the cooking. The other side is great to make pancakes on and grilled sandwiches.I love this product but I wish it included directions and cooking suggestions. It arrived on time in great shape.Our grill pan cracked...the noise was so loud it scared me...Excelente producto. Muy recomendable.
