Instructions are easy to follow but does take some time to put together. However as the saying goes, patience is a virtue because when it's all set up it's well worth it. It adds class to our living room and we love the brick like finish. It's the center of attention and is not only a pleasure to watch it as a real looking fireplace with wood and burning logs look, it is also practical as a great heater. Everything is adjustable. The size and fit are perfect and the price is quite reasonable. We love it and highly recommend it.
