Both of our boys are now out of the house, and I'm rediscovering how to cook for two, rather than two + two teenage boys (and their voracious appetites). So, I ordered this cookbook to learn this new Instant Pot (IP) device, and I couldn't be more happy that I did. The recipes are arranged in a coherent fashion (breakfasts; entrees based on main protein; sides; desserts; etc.). Also includes a number of appendices that help learn IP cooking beyond the included recipes. Some of my own classic go-to recipes have been wonderfully recreated for the IP, much to my wife's pleasure. I have yet to discover a recipe that doesn't live up to expectations. Now, I've embraced portion control in the last couple years for healthy living reasons (I've lost 45 lbs and am currently passing the 200 lb mark!), and so these "for two" recipes still generally render a couple leftover servings for the next day's lunch. While there are TONS of recipes available online in written and video formats, this book has given me a benchmark for confidently modifying any of those online recipes for my own "cooking for two" portioning while also offering a host of really tasty recipes in and of itself. Great cookbook!
