I was falling into the habit of buying premade salads (you know the ones with your basic iceberg lettuce, carrots and red cabbage...) because they were just so much easier. I hated all of the money that I was wasting because 1) they cost more and 2) they go bad quickly. I finally decided it was time to invest in a salad shooter and quit taking the easy way out.Well, jokes on me because using the salad shooter IS the easy way! It comes with 4 different attachments depending on what you will be cutting with it. It can grate, shred, chop...you name it! And get this... It is not just for salads!Of course it does work absolutely flawlessly at chopping lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, peppers and anything else you want in a salad. But you can also do things like grate cheese, make bread crumbs, grate chocolate (yes, chocolate!) and even fruits. It is super simple it setup and use and has easy, one touch controls. All you do is attach the cutter (they are like a cone shape) to the end of it, push the power button and drop in your food. Within seconds your food is cut up as you want it and comes out the other end.Both the chute and the cutting cones detach and are dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze. The entire unit is fairly small, so it's fine to either leave on your countertop for easy access or else easily can be tucked away into a cabinet. Either way it does not take up much space at all.Easy to use, helps us cut up veggies super small to slip them undetected into our kiddos’ food! I’d absolutely buy again!Would have been better with a wide bowl attached, cheese shredded well but flew out the sides of the bowl.I bought this for an international trip and used it every day to carry items. It's very high quality, the designs on the outside look amazing, and I got a ton of compliments about it while walking around. It's a decent size. If you're looking for a small purse, this is like twice that size. I'd probably say it's space is more like a tote. The straps are very sturdy and the bag overall doesn't feel or look cheap (so I wouldn't recommend leaving it unattended because it looks expensive). I'm the type of person who will carry everything but the kitchen sink so several times this bag was packed to its fullest capacity and very heavy. It survived with no wear and tear and the straps still felt comfortable and not like they were digging into my shoulders. The zippers are also sturdy and there are so many pockets on this thing. The only thing I was worried about was that there was no zipper for the large part. It uses a string thing (no idea what the name is) that you tighten to close the top and then you secure it with the flap that clips at the front. There was really no reason to worry. Once I packed everything and tightened the string, there was so way for someone to stick their hand inside. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm still using this bag even when I do daily errands. Love it!This bag is perfect for the nostalgic worldly traveler. I've traveled in the past, but I've since settled. I use this bag to carry my stuff and my dog's stuff to and from work. Combined, we have a lot of stuff...hat, gloves, small purse with cell phone, doggy winter coat, doggy fall sweater, doggy light spring coat, small dog bowl and food, doggy thunder jacket, spare leash, and various bags of treats. This is what I'm able to fit in this bag, so far. I can fit a bit more if needed!I gave this bag only 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I expected a magnetic clasp for the main compartment. There is only a draw string. It's possible to close the compartment, but it takes some effort to ensure that it's completely covered if it rains.Overall, I am so pleased with this backpack. The color and design are much better in person. It's simply stunning! I foresee it lasting for years to come due to its excellent quality...I hope!I like that it’s easy to use . I came to read reviews to see if others thought it was very heavy, as I believe it to be.I then read that someone returned it because of countries being spelled wrong. Another commented that they noticed the miss-spelled words, but didn't mind because the bag is beautiful. I'm here to let others know that the countries are not miss-spelled, they just arent written in english. For example, Americans spell as "Turkey", on the bag it is spelled "Turkiye". Google Turkiye...its not incorrect.**Update** April 2017I've taken this bag on a number of trips now. It has held up really well, not one issue. Although the bag itself is heavier than I generally care for, it has great straps that make it comfortable to wear as a backpack. This bag has many pockets, almost too many, in that I fill it with nearly everything! It has truly been great for traveling.
