It is originally designed for a scooter with a 10-inch wheel size, including the tire, while the rim itself measures 6.5 inches. The motor features a standard connection similar to most Chinese motors, with 3 phase wires and 5 Hall sensor wires. It can handle peak loads for an extended time when paired with a controller up to 1000W (48V), which is its maximum limit. The specifications on the motor are either exaggerated or based on its peak performance capabilities.This is a sturdy and quiet motor, though it produces overload sounds when pushed to its limits under high weight loads or while trying to climb a hill from a standstill. It has relatively weak torque but offers high top speed. If you’re looking to build something affordable with good top speed, this is a decent option. On 10-inch wheels (14-inch diameter with tires), it reached 30 mph.Considering its price and fast shipping, I can recommend it as a solid, not-the-worst choice. In summary, I’d describe it as a reliable, standard motor. Just don’t overload it—overheating will kill it.
