Okay this lunch box is amazing. Just got it today and decided to test it out and make my lunch and dinner! For lunch I made a chicken soup, with plain white rice and steamed veggies. Nothing was precooked. I put uncooked rice, uncooked veggies, and uncooked chicken into the different pots. Added water to the container and to the dry rice covered and let it cook. The chicken got became a soup, and rhe the rice was fluffy (u just need to know ur rice portions to a tee. ) qnd the veggies were well cooked. For dinner I made chicken again. Except this time I threw in raw chicken with no other spices other then copped chillies and onions. And then a tin with miso paste mushrooms and onions, and only added a little bit of water. And then pre cooked rice and raw veggies. When it finished the chicken had generated liquid again and turned into a soup, so I took the soup and poured the liquid into the miso soup to make a chicken miso, and ate the chicken separately. Everything was hot, and fully cooked. ^-^I bought this to use at the office so I could eat healthy steamed meals instead of going out for lunch constantly or buying at the lunch cafeteria. I figured since it takes about 30-40 minutes for everything to cook, I could spend those 30-40 minutes at the work gym and eat right before clocking back in ^-^. Will update review once I try it at the office.I didn't find it hard to clean either. The tins and silver where it comes with are soft metals. So they are a little easy to morph if u put to much on top of them when it comes to cleaning time. The steam base is east too I rinsed it it in the sink with no issues. But I didn't submerge it just a quick rinse.Absolute love this. Definitely going to be a gift for either family or friends! Definitely plan to order one for the boyfriend!Great for reheat and steam vege. Nice that it has 4 containers to cook 4 separate items at the same time. This lunch box does cook rice and protein through. However, the measuring cup that came with the product gives a false sense of how much water is needed to cook rice. I had to double the amount of water added to the bottom to be able to cook half a cup of rice. Otherwise this lunchbox runs out of water before rice is cooked through.I like itThis lunch box is totally trash. It stops working after 6 month and I only use it for 5 times. The power keeps turning on and off then completely dead. Save your money and look for something else.No trajo como conectar, para calentarLonchera rota en una de las esquinasI really want to love this product, but it arrived broken. I've made some temporary fixes to it and will use it until the Itaki that I bought direct from the store arrives. The cups are larger than I thought. The steamer itself is surprisingly small, compact and easy to clean - so far there are no water spots. I cook 4 oz of rice using the same amount of water and it comes out perfect. I have used it for heating leftovers, cooking chicken, pork, eggs, vegetables and rice. One thing is the auto cut off, it does not turn off the steamer. It will cut off when the water has steamed away but once the steam trapped inside settles it will turn itself back on. This is good if your lunch is delayed but if you forget to turn it off before you remove the lid the water inside will activate the sensor. This is not the version with a car adapter and the instructions state indoor use only. I will definitely be back to update if there are any issues.
