I love this skittet because it really is easy to clean and food does not stick in the pan. Yet I do not have to worry about a slick surface scratching. I have one already that I originally bought at Bed Bath and Beyond and could not find it again in the size I wanted, so I just looked on Amazon and got it quickly. Not disappointedI've been using this brand of pots and pans for over a year, they are incredible. The only downside is the lids do not usually fit, the lots are bent in shipping or something!I'm amazed how cleanly this releases food. I fry eggs, even at pretty high temps, without grease, and they do not stick. The outside is easy to clean too. This is a solid pan. I wish it came with a cover.Finally a pan that does what it said it would!! These pans are wonderful! Everything cooks great, nothing sticks and the cleanup is SO EASY! I more than recommend. I want to buy these for sons family too! Just can’t get over how good these are in comparison to the ones I had before.I had a larger skillet and liked it very much. Good products.These pans are first rate..they cook evenly and and clean like a Dream..This is the absolute best pan set I have ever ordered. They look and feel such high quality. They cook really well. The heat distributes evenly.I had bought one of these pans somewhere and a couple years ago and liked it so much I tried to find another one locally, but no one had any. So I looked it up on Amazon and lo and behold I found it! I love these Bialetti pans. I bought more of them to give to my kids when they moved out. I wish you didn’t have to hand wash them but they are really nice. Highly recommend them.The sizes are perfect for daily use, the pan is so Nonstick I'm in love, they go in the oven no issue and are pretty easy to cleanThe only down side it the outer coating (bottom) is a soft type cover that once stained is almost impossible to remove, but it doesn't affect the pan whatsoeverI bought this product brand way back and really liked it. But This pan has sticking problems on certain foods.
