Update 8/21/2022I love my X7 special so much I bought a second one in green! They both fit side by side in my X5 back, charge them in place, safe and secure. Best summer purchase ever. Bumpy trail up Wallace Falls in WA and the shocks smoothed it all out. My lady is 5' nothing and rode it comfortably, a little help getting on :). Their shipping is second to none, great care wrapping and zipping up everything. Under an hour and you can be on the road.I checked the delivery time every hour. My 9 day vacation about to start. Exhausted the first day I took it on an easy paved trail. Then we 40 miles today!!! Sore I am, but wow this bike just makes you feel like you can do it. And that means something. I literally could not figure out how to get it to turn on when I unpackaged it and their support was back in a jiffy! First ride, I went 19 miles, 38 miles. I got back with 40% juice left, and I pedaled the whole time, bar five minutes. I have wanted to do this for two decades. The rails to trails in WA state. I will own this! This bike is making it happen. The smells. My dog loved it, soaked it all in. Your whole family needs one of these, and get back to nature!! I need to figure out how to do plugs for some awesome accessories I found. Omg I did not realize until today (1 day in) when I tap the brakes the rear light shows I am braking!! I got a real workout, and feel sore where I expect to. So you can be Superman, and get to that 80 mile mark thos bike can hit.The Eahora is a well built bike with higher end accessories ( brakes and shifters) battery life on ours is 50+ miles.Love this ebike . Good range. Arrived well packed and assembled in minutes. Reading the manual took longer to. 35 miles in two days road and trail. Easy to operate and no license or insurance required. Plan to use it for short hops to the store, fishing hole and park trails.Never has a physical workout been so entertaining. Enjoy life outdoors while getting your daily workout.Have searched for and ridden several other products before buying the X7 I was honestly skeptical if the bike would live up to my expectations. I really wanted a folding bike so I could fit it in the back of my car along with my daughters bike. Although the bike can be a little on the heavy side I was pleasantly impressed that the bike is solidly built and doesn't feel like I'm riding a flimsy cheap science experiment. The hydraulic brakes and Shimano gears work very well as does the overall ergonomics(I'm 6'2''). So I've saved the best part for last, the power of this bike along with it's very good battery has been the most pleasant surprise. After more than 50 miles of mostly throttle (keeping speeds between 8-13mph) I still had 25% left on the battery. That's pretty impressive!! The topography around my area is mostly flat paved trails along the fox river in the western suburbs of Chicago and the bike performs very well. After adjusting the dashboard display to better reflect my speed needs and surroundings(ebikes are still a new thing and I don't want to create issues for others by speeding) I have no doubt that a 75-100 mile range is very doable which is absolutely incredible. I remember building my own ebike years ago with rudimentary batteries and motors but this bike is certain a nother level!!The bike came in a well packaged box, fully assembled and folded. Protective foam filled the box so the bike was intact upon delivery. Unfolding the bike and installing the front handle bar is straight forward, no manual or tool required. But starting the engine was less intuitive. The manual simply said “press and hold power button”, but it didn’t show which one is the power button. After I figured out which button to press, the bike still didn’t start. There is a key and a remote came with the bike, but no instructions on how to use them… after contacting the seller, I finally get the bike started, the steps are: 1) plug the key into the battery key hole(shown in pic) and twist to straight position that the key can’t be pulled out, hear a sound. 2) press the “lightning” button on remote twice, hear a beep. 3) press and hold power button on the +/-control bar, the screen will light up and the engine starts. The seller is responsive and helpful, but it would be better if adequate instructions were provided with the bike. My wife rode the bike to a nearby train station, going through a rough road in the woods, the bike handled the road pretty well. The seat is a little high for her though. She is 5’5, but could barely touch the ground while sitting on the bike. Overall, a powerful and sturdy bike, good for rough terrains.
