I do little taco and burger pop-ups over at the park near my house all summer long. Whenever I have a free Saturday, I'll call some friends and neighbors and run over to the park to sling some food. And my little 22" Blackstone is my tool of choice, because it's much smaller than my 36" Blackstones (I've got 4 of those), which I use for bigger catering jobs. But I've always had to lug an extra table over with me, because unlike the 36" griddles, the 22" doesn't have a stand. Now I can use that table space for serving and prep, instead of my flat-top. I also don't have to worry about the table top getting melted or discolored from the heat, which has happened a couple times. So that's already a win. Now, for the fun part. I noticed at least one reviewer was asking if you could mount the grill to the cart, and the answer is yes. As you can see from the attached pics (pardon the mess in my workshop, cuz it's, you know, a workshop), that's exactly what I did with mine. I have the 22" griddle, but this should work the same for the 17" one. What you need are some M8x30mm flat washers, ideally the 1.5mm thick ones, to leave sufficient space for the leg bolts. As of this writing, you can get a set of 20 M8x30 washers here on Amazon for $6.99, the brand is Caianwin. I just bought some 1/4"x1 1/4" washers at Home Depot for about 20 cents each and reamed them out with a stepper bit, which is a good second option if you can't find the M8 ones and aren't patient enough to wait 2 days for shipping. Once you have suitable washers, unscrew the legs from the griddle, put a washer on each leg bolt, set the griddle on the cart and line up the leg sockets with the leg holes on the cart, then screw the legs back on, using the original bolts, from underneath the cart. And just like that, your griddle is mounted. I'm actually surprised they didn't include hardware for that with the cart. KEESHA, if you're reading this, that's a pretty big oversight to exclude mounting hardware, when it adds so much value and only costs about 80 cents retail. If you guys buy wholesale, it would barely cost you half that much. Just my 80 cents worth....In any case, once the griddle is mounted, as you can see from the pics, the side table nests neatly in the griddle body, along with the propane regulator and grease pan. And, with the provided strap, it keeps the inverted griddle plate in place and holds the whole cart together really nicely. The only downside currently is that, with the grill attached, this can't be stored upright, because it doesn't have a kickstand or anything to allow it to stand freely. I'm going to come up with something to resolve that, as well as probably build a pair of nice heat-proof straps that are a bit longer, in order to accommodate the griddle with a hood installed. I'll post update pics when I get all that built. But for now, this is a really nice, sturdy cart. Assembly took maybe 10 minutes or so, not counting the 40-ish minutes to run to Home Depot and back to get some M8 washers. Seriously, with a few upgrades, like mounting hardware for the griddle, a kickstand to allow it to be stored upright, and heat-resistant straps (2 of them) that are a bit longer, I'd gladly pay $150 or maybe a bit more for this cart. Maybe even a side-carry handle to assist when loading it into a truck. I don't know. KEESHA, or somebody, should really make an updated model of this. Either way, for today, my griddle has some new wheels, and my summer cookouts just got a lot easier.
