In spite of zero communication back from Hipshot and an extremely poorly written "installation manual" I was able to get the GT2 installed on my Telecaster. The "instructions" were obviously written by someone who was very familiar with the GT2 but lacked both the ability to write and the ability to describe the installation for someone who had never seen one of these contraptions installed. I took a risk and drilled a hole in my precious tele and got lucky and it was in the right place. Not sure how they can have a good product but lousy documentation and communication. Relatives must work there or something.
