what's to like: ( please excuse the poor lighting on my photos, I was inside when I took the photos. 1. ComfyGo was out of the standard black model so they shipped the IQ8000 Limited Edition Silver Frame with Taba cushion and backrest. A $100 upgrade! In addition, if I didn't like it (hey, what's not to like) they would send me a return paid label for a full refund. That's Customer service I haven't seen since I was a Service Supervisor for a top rated medical supply company. Way to Go "ComfyGo" 2. The product is just as described and feels like it's high quality. 3. I love the Bluetooth remote that worked flawlessly, first try. I did note that the 'pairing' didn't happen as describe, but it paired on the first try. My wife can't operate the controller but I can maneuver the chair using the remote control without needing to walk beside the chair. I wish it had one slower speed as my knees don't function like they did when I didn't need the wheelchair for my wife. 3. Don't do as I did, follow the instructions to the letter. I failed to lock the rear tab as noted in the instructions, I was climbing a slope and the chair folded up on me and I fell back on my shoulder and head. still feel it in my shoulder. What's not to like? I know there are people who got a chair for doing a review, Not my case, I paid exactly what was required. Can't think of anything I don't like, but will note it's heavy... If you can't power lift a 50 lb bag of dog food, don't even try to lift it high enough to place in a ford 250 back seat or truckbed. Believe me...
