I use this to melt a stick of butter for my popcorn. Works pretty fast to melt a whole stick. Just plug it in while popping your corn, and it will be ready shortly after you are done popping. After use with some remaining butter, I take care to clear the spray nozzle and then store device in refrigerator. If the nozzle does plug up, I run the nozzle and throat under hot water faucet to melt the clog. Convenient and cuts down the mess.
