Bough this in December of 2022 for our restaurant, but we didn't start using it until February. Worked fine until about a month ago, when the power button popped off, and the unit couldn't be turned on anymore.We run a busy restaurant, so we ended up Krazy-gluing the button back in there, which worked and kept the griddle on, but then yesterday the unit gave out entirely. The power button still comes on, but now it won't heat up.I contacted support, and they called my right away to tell me there's a local shop that will work on it free of charge, since the griddle is still under warranty, but when I spoke to the shop they told me not to bring it in because they're incredibly backed up, and won't be able to work on it for another two months.I'm only giving it two stars because support actually got back quickly, but for a commercial, expensive, NSF-rated griddle, it's very disappointing that it started to fall apart in less than 6 months.We have a 14", older Waring griddle that seems to work just fine, so it might be that these new models are just not up to par with the old ones. Who knows.
