So mine came with the EU instead of US plug. They refunded my money and didn't ask for the product back. My dad had a EU to US adapter so I made it work.The min and max dial is off set... the max is 1 and the min is 9... the part inside the ac/dc power adapter is installed backwards... If you look close at the picture the arrow is pointed backwards.It doesn't get hot enough to really heat the Shisha.After running it a while, the solder inside the casing melted and lost connection. I took it apart and used aluminum instead of solder to make it work.Its has too small of a bodySince the whole body gets hot there should be a safe way to pick it up... a handle of sorts...The cord pulls on the heater, there has to be a better way to balance it.. like I said above maybe if it had a larger base.
