Bought during Prime Day sale at a very good price. Hopefully they will work well this winter. As with all hestra gloves, they are very nice and comfy and waterproof and all that. But this heater version just doesn’t work that well. To be clear, I have pathetic circulation in my hands and always have to ski with heat packs in my mittens. I haven’t been able to use gloves for a few years. With The heating elements in the fingers in these, I was hopeful that this was the key to me being able to ski in gloves again. Not even close. Even at full power they did very little for me, and especially the pinky finger, they did nothing. And I don’t think the thumbs have elements. If they do, they did nothing. I was in the lodge shaking up heat packs and switching to mittens before lunch. If you just want a little extra comfort then maybe these are good for you, but they don’t do much. But if you really need a good kick of heat for hands that get cold, these are not the solution. I'm normally a fan of Hestra gloves but these gloves were a complete disappointment. I used them for a week on vacation and had cold fingers every day. The seller wouldn't accept a return since I wore them so now I am stuck with a $400+ pair of gloves that don't keep your hands warm (unless you're in warmer conditions like 40 degrees - then they probably work). I'm reasonable so you can trust this opinion. Do not waste your money on these gloves and beware the seller will not accept a return if you've used the product and discover it does not work as described.I recently purchased 3 pair of these gloves (for me and 2 sons). They simply add no warmth with temps in the 20’s unless the gloves are turned to the highest (and shortest lived) setting. My wife, who has Reynaud’s, swears by her mittens that keep her warm while skiing. As a long time lover of Hestra products, I had great hope for these. Hands have become a problem as I have gotten older; but there is just not enough heating power in these to do the trick even with temps in the teens. Lower, forget it.Have a pair of 3 finger Hestras in size 10 which are a perfect fit. These are way too snug, particularly at the wrist. Hard to even get on. Really wanted to love them, as they are well made and designed, but with the fit issues and marginal heat I returned.5 stars to Amazon for best price in the country, and for very easy return.Firstly, if you have size 9 hands buy a size 10. It is next to impossible to get into the correct size. However, once in they are comfortable.I thought these gloves would be very warm and work at 10-20 degrees. Wrong. They don't support such low temperatures.Would not buy them againThe glove is comfortable but the cuffs are too tight. You can feel a little heat on the high setting but that will run the battery down fairly quickly. On low or medium I cannot feel any warmth.Very good gloves with and without the heating. A bit tight at the wrist for a size 8Pour le ski. C'est parfait. Merci!
