This is my first electric toothbrush. Prior to purchasing I did a lot of research and this toothbrush is much more affordable than a lot of the other brands. I was worried it would be a "you get what you pay for" situation but I also didn't want to spend a lot of money without knowing whether I would even like an electric toothbrush. The toothbrush had good reviews and the price was right so I took a chance. I have had it 6 months and it has been awesome. My teeth feel dentist clean every time I brush them. I love the timer so I know when to switch sides. It is comfortable to hold, the brush head is a good size, and the charge lasts forever. Some reviews said the brush heads fall apart but I have had no issues like that, everything works as expected. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend. This is such a good buy! Less expensive than a lot of the name brands out there. Mine has 5 settings and my whole mouth just feels so clean after using it! As that is the point of a toothbrush, I think I found a winner!Stronger brush options than Sonicare, for the whitening and the polishing settings. Very good value.I got this originally because my old tooth brush was making my sensitive gums bleed. I love this brush and is probably the only one I will use from here on outWorks great, way cheaper and the refill heads are 1/4 the price of sonicare...This is my first foray into electric toothbrushes, outside of those cheap $5-10 ones that are very basic. I bought it on the recommendation from the oral hygienist who told me I have gingivitis. Why I bought it:-affordable-you can find replacement heads online easily-rechargeable battery with standPros:-the aforementioned above-it holds a charge for quite some time. I usually use it for the full two minutes 1-2 times per day and i can get a single charge for about a month.-it has a 30 second reminder to switch positions or move to other part of mouth. It vibrates to let you know.-looks nice-has a standCons-other than varying the strength of the vibrations of the toothbrush head, the different modes don't do much for me. For instance, it has a teeth brightening mode but unless you're using a specific teeth whitening tooth paste or whatever, it's not that much different from the regular mode.-if you leave the base plugged in and put the toothbrush on the base, it'll charge it. I leave it unplugged because I'm not sure if itll over charge the battery. Just something to keep in mind. This electric toothbrush will make your mouth feel fresh each time you use it. It keeps you honest in terms of brushing duration. About 4 months in, the battery continues to go strong, requiring very infrequent recharges. It does what it is supposed to do, is fairly affordable and for the time being, has replacement heads available online. This electric toothbrush worked great, right up until it stopped working after just 6 months. In my opinion, this device is as good as, if not better than, similar ones by name brands that cost 2-3 times as much. I like it so much that I bought a pair to give to my adult kids--and the love it, too.
