Want your sausages to grill up and LOOK like the ones you get from the stand/food truck/street cart/hot dog joynt? This is THAT grill!Steaks (but boneless because the grill is so flat) char up perfectly, but you MUST be patient and not disturb/turn then over before the right time to do so. Gets VERY hot the way its designed to but again, you have to be patient. If the price comes down, I will definitely buy another.
