I bought this for a 99 ML 320, the first one the gas level was only reading at 1/2 even when it was full, so I returned it and got a replacement. The second one the seal around the top was too thin and did not seal the tank properly and this caused gas vapor to escape into the vehicle and had the low gas light blinking and then the check engine light to come on. So I had to replace the second one as well. I bought one from the dealer instead. Not worth the trouble.
