Was in touch with Amazon many times w/no help, the company required me to pay for return at the price of over $300, so I had to let Amazon Card Synchrony Bank know in order to be heard, they are giving me a charge back due to fraud. Don’t buy from Alton, it too risky. Took up time, I talked to 7 different people at Amazon, they did not want to help out sadly.
