Receiving: The bike came ~70% assembled and all the needed tools came with it. I did order the chain lock and helmet and it did not come with the bike, but after I contacted them, they sent it immediately. Took me about an hour to assemble it completely. The battery came fully charged. For most of the assembly I didn't even have to read the instructions, it was simple and obvious where to put the parts that they don’t even fit if you put them wrong on purpose.Riding: It feels nice and safe riding this bike at 20 mph, once you ride it a couple of times it feels slow and you want to go faster than that, but unfortunately, there is no way to increase the limit speed. It brakes smoothly but quickly if needed. I'm 5'6", and it is just perfect for me. It is fine on the street as well as on the grass. The seat is very comfortable, a bit long if I can tune it just for me, I would reduce it around 3" or so, it is just my preference nothing wrong as is.Battery: It works fine for my daily trips to work (~9 miles round trip mostly flat not up and down hills), but after the daily ride I need to recharge the battery since it shows 1 line of battery life. I think it won’t last more than 13 miles at 20 mph, which I think is the only thing I would like to improve for this bike, I am considering installing a second battery for longer trips. Conclusion: I recommend it 100%, just be aware of the max speed is set to 20 mph, I couldn’t find a way to increase it without replacing any parts. I have read a lot of comments about the battery life not being good, I think it is ok for the price we pay, if a longer lasting battery is needed the best choice is to replace it with a better one. It is an actual pic of the bike, I usually take the battery out once I park my bike at work.
