Easy to put together,Very happy, thank you!First off, I was happy with the timely responses to my questions, the shipping was very fast and I didn't notice any damage.As far as ebikes or even bycles are concerned I only know how to stay upright. I couldn't tell you if the controls, gears, or what have you are quality. I do know it's wise to adjust the speed controls down to a lower setting. Mine came preset to the higher level and I wasnt quite ready for that surge of power. Im just happy with the low setting and using the throttle when I need it. Best part about the bike is how much fun my kid has riding on the back. Just make sure you get a rack that fits disk brakes and is also kid seat compatible. The bike is quite the boat, however, I didn't seem to struggle using my own weak legs. As it stands, the bike is brand new and it works. Battery life seems ok for my needs.I have had multiple problems with this bike, from the disc brakes and the rotors not working with the caliper sets, to it completely shutting down after 5 months of owning the bike. I have around 600 miles on the bike and was using it as a daily commuter, now it won't power on. It is supposed to be covered by warranty but the manufacturer says it is out of parts so I have to wait. It's been 3 weeks of waiting for parts so far while the bike just sits in my garage. It's really hard to ride without the battery because you are constantly fighting the dead motor, in-fact, I won't ride it without some kind of charge unless forced to because it doesn't work like a normal pedal bike without the motor charged.This electric bike came in a big box and almost pre assembled, I only set up the wheel and front tire. It has a big large seat which helps a fat person like me to sit on it pretty easily. It has a huge battery which can run for about 30 miles with a speed of ~20-30 miles/hour depending on how fully charged is the battery and if you are riding uphills or downhills. The battery is kind of built in the bike, although it is removable, so nobody can steal it.Great bike! Love it!
