Product appears to be good overall, but there was a gouge in the griddle. It would help if there were some instructions as to how to care for the item. Looking at various internet sites and past comments, some people say to wash and dry, others say that comal needs to be seasoned with oil and heated. After washing, I noticed some discoloration and what almost looks like rust on pan edges and in the gouged area. Seller should include some use and care instructions.
