I’ve tried a couple off brands as well as the wheel from the Wurth DBS which is supposed to be another high end tool. The MBX wheel erases a little slower than other wheels but doesn’t disintegrate as quick or create as much heat (burn the paint). Basically takes a little longer to remove, but your wheel lasts noticeably longer and you are less likely to damage the underlying surface.These wheels stink.. they smell like hot dogs, so we’ve dubbed the tool “The Hot Dog Tool”… clever, I know. But you can at least tell the difference between a knockoff wheel and the real thing, simply by sniffing the wheel.Spend a little more and get the good wheel, made by MBX.
