The bike arrived, eventually. I won't go into it, and the seller handled the problem accordingly. However, this review is about the bike and only the bike. First of all, the bike arrived in a box, mostly assembled. The instructions could be better, but if you have assembled a bike before, you won't be too confused. The included toolkit, while cheaply made, is handy and will work. I suggest, after assembly, getting a quality bike toolkit and keep it handy, as the bike will loosen up during the break-in period. Now, during assembly, charge the battery fully, before riding. I was surprised as the battery was nearly full when the bike arrived and the battery was fully charged by the time I had assembled the bike.Speaking of assembly, you'll have to adjust the disk brakes and shifter. The manual is pretty useless for this bit. I'd recommend checking out some YouTube videos or other sources that you can find with the web browser of your choice. Once I watched a few videos, I went into it with enough confidence to expertly set the brakes and Shimano rapid shifter, as well as the Shimano front and rear derailleurs. This is nothing defective, but part of normal bike ownership and maintenance. You'll have to continually adjust brakes, shifter, derailleurs regardless of which bike you own. Things stretch, move, shift, readjust themselves, wear, and fall out of alignment. That's just how mechanics works, so get used to maintenance. That is why I recommended getting a good quality bike tool kit--you'll need it; regardless of which bike you own.I was surprised at the pick-up of this bike's motor, despite it being a low wattage model, compared to other bikes I shopped. However, for the cost of this bike, the power is more than sufficient for me. There are some pretty serious hills on my bike route and using the pedal assist function, I don't kill myself getting to the top of the hill. Neither do I have to get off the bike and push or drag it up the hill. I can usually go 3 or 4 days between charges, but your mileage will very. I rarely ride with power only, usually pedaling or using pedal assist. I have had double knee replacement surgery and low-power pedal assist is perfect for me. I can get in a workout without wearing out my store-bought knees.I'd suggest a different seat. The stock seat is akin to sitting on a stack of bricks enclosed in a worn-out sock; very uncomfortable. Saddle sore does not begin to describe the discomfort. I found a great seat here on Amazon and opted for the Bikeroo seat, with padded gel. I opted for the additional padded gel cushion. I have no issue riding for an hour or more, with that seat and cushion combo.The battery features a keyed security lock, so someone can't steal the battery from your bike. The control panel on this bike is simple and once you get the hang of it, is easy and intuitive to use. I'd recommend reading the manual, for this bit. The manual does explain it well enough. Too bad, the manual fails miserably with some of the assembly instructions.I found that the manual was lacking on assembly and operating instructions. I had to ride the bike and figure out everything so that I could show my wife how to operate it. I believe we will like the bike more as we use it.The VIVI E-bike ordered was with battery 48V -500watts but the e bike received with 48V-350 watt. This is strange and the battery drains faster. This is pinching me. what toi do ???Great fun, easy to operate/handle, good looking, good battery life. A little heavy & the battery would be a better mount on the frame. Great value, used extensively in COPleasant surprise. Fairly easy to set up. We upgraded seat for more comfort plus need tail light. Installed mirror for safety. Good for people up to 5'8".Still trying to register it to activate warranty.My son and husband assembled this bike, took a couple hours. Charged the battery for 6 hours attached to the e bike the next morning, but the e bike would not turn on. Son found that the ground wire on the bike was not connected. He connected the wires and all was well. Runs and pedals as expected. I think this was a good purchase. I'm sure I will use it quite often as this will be easy on my arthritic ankles.I've been riding bikes my whole life, (close to 70 years old now) and was skeptical to purchase this ebike, as it is on the lower end of the price market, but sooooo excited I did. I love this bike, works great, comfortable after replacing the seat and moving the battery behind the seat post.Bought one for my 60+ year old husband too. He has back issues and can ride this bike for hours in comfort. Love the throttle!!!!We've had these bikes for several months now, ride them weekly on roads and trails. Have had NO problems. They ride wonderfully...Ok so, I tried this out to see if I like ebiking, and I LOVE it. This is a fast bike with a lot of torque, and the battery lasts FOREVER-I ride it daily and charge maybe 2x per week. I think it would be worse if the rider were larger, but as a 150-lb rider, I'm really happy with how it handles pretty large hills withotu pedaling, and it's easy to put together and use. It's a bit heavy to lift. Don't overcharge it. Easy to attach a basket, as well.Not given 5 star purely for the fact that the assembly instructions are minimal and hard to read and also there were no instructions on how to fit the throttle, fortunately it turned out not be a problem. also the bike is heavier than expected, but other than that it does everything it says on the tin.Hier geht es um das 27.5 Zoll Mountainbike in blau.Die Lieferung kam am letzten Tag der versprochenen Lieferfrist. Das Fahrrad war sehr ordentlich verpackt und hatte keinerlei Transportschäden. Es ist erstaunlich weit und gut vormontiert. Die Bedienungs- und Aufbauanleitung ist mehrsprachig, das Deutsch ist schlecht aber verständlich. Außerdem gibt es bei Youtube ein gutes und kurz gehaltenes Video über den Zusammenbau. Was dort in 3 Minuten passiert hat bei mir etwa eine Stunde gedauert. Das benötigte Werkzeug wird mitgeliefert, lediglich eine Fahrradpumpe muss man selber haben. An den Bremsen oder an der Schaltung musste nichts nachjustiert werden.Das Fahrrad sieht toll aus und das die Schutzbleche, Reflektoren, die Beleuchtung vorne und der stabile Seitenständer dabei sind ist sehr praktisch. Das Fahrrad hat ja einen 350 Watt Hinterrad-Narbenmotor. 350 Watt sind in Deutschland auf der Straße illegal. Ebenso der mitgelieferte Gasgriff. Die Montage des Gasgriffs erfordert Kraft und Geduld (beim Abbau der normalen Griffe), sowie einen Gummihammer zum anbringen. Also beides illegal, aber ein Riesenspaß!!! Jeder der das Rad probe fährt will auch so eins. Ich bin ein großer Fan vom Hinterradantrieb, da beim Mittelmotor die gesamte Kraft mit der Kette und über die Schaltung übertragen wird und beim Frontmotor die Steuerung bei Unebenheiten und Nässe schwierig werden kann. Der 350 Watt Aufkleber läßt sich leicht entfernen, ein Rücklicht mit Akku sollte man sich meiner Meinung nach kaufen.Ein kleines Manko ist vielleicht, das der Antrieb eine knappe Sekunde nachläuft, wenn man aufhört zu treten.Ich bin 170cm groß und finde die Größe des Rades perfekt. Ist man größer wird es schlechter und ab 185cm ist das Rad sicherlich zu klein.Rahmen, Schaltung und Bremsen machen eine soliden Eindruck. Die Reifen hingegen scheinen mir nicht wirklich "heavy-duty-all-terrain" geeignet. Mal sehen wie lange die halten. Ebenso die Frontgabel scheint mir OK zu sein für Straße und Feldweg, aber bei Dauerbetrieb im schweren Downhilleinsatz vermutlich ein Schwachpunkt.Wenn man mal schaut was ein Umbausatz für Fahrräder kostet ist es erstaunlich was hier alles für diesen Preis geboten wird.Die Lieferung hat hervorragend funktioniert, das Fahrrad schnell aufgebaut.Erstaunlich ist die gute Qualität für den aufgerufenen Preis. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht.Nach dem Zusammenbau habe ich es mit wesentlich teureren Modellen von Freunden verglichen - dieses VIVI Fahrrad schlägt sie Alle, was die Power am Berg angeht. Der Akku ist schnell entnommen und abschließbar.positiv:- sehr starker Motor- einfache Steuerung- saubere Verarbeitung- leichter Aufbaunegativ:- Die Federgabel ist sehr leichtgängig und nicht arretierbar- Kein Rücklicht beiliegend- keine Anzeige der vorderen Gangschaltung (1, 2, 3 fehlen, statt dessen ist nur eine Skala aufgezeichnet)Alles in Allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Elektrofahrrad und Im Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.Wir reden hier nicht von einem Markennamen E-Bike für 2.000 € mit 1.000 Watt. Hier handelt es sich um ein E-Bike von ‎Guangzhou Plenty Bicycle Co,Ltd aus China. Die scheinbar ein günstiges und trotzdem vernünftiges Produkt herstellen wollten ... das haben sie auch definitiv geschafft. Das Fahrrad ist teilmontiert und bestens verpackt. Der Zusammenbau ist recht einfach (die Griffe sind etwas nervig zu demontieren) und die benötigten Werkzeuge sind mit dabei. Man darf sich aber nicht von den Begriffen in der Aufbauanleitung verwirren lassen. Nachdem es zusammengebaut ist, die Reifen aufgepumpt sind und der Akku geladen ist, hat man ein fahrbereites E-Bike. Man merkt auch schon auf der niedrigsten Unterstützungsstufe schon wie das treten leichter wird. Die Bedienung ist einfach und verständlich. Die Power und Reichweite ist völlig in Ordnung. Und ganz ehrlich, für den diesen Preis wird man nirgendwo anders was vergleichbares finden. Das zweite haben wir schon nach 1 Woche dazu bestellt, da wir so begeistert waren.Ich und mein Freund haben uns die Räder geholt, da man in Zeiten von Corona nicht in den Urlaub fahren kann und wir uns eine schöne Zeit zu Hause machen wollten.Wir haben uns die selben Räder in orange und blau gekauft und sind mehr als zufrieden. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach und alle Teile waren gut verpackt. Der Motor unterstützt sehr gut und so stellen selbst Berge kein Problem mehr da. Seid wir die Räder haben fahren wir fast jedes Wochenende. Der Akku hält sehr lange. Selbst bei höchster Unterstützung. Wir waren erst skeptisch bei dem Preis, da andere Bikes viel teurer sind. Nun würden wir die Räder immer wieder kaufen.
