UPDATE:Received new grill and have grilled chicke, hamburgers, veggies and it works great so far. No scratched copper. Very easy to clean.I am receiving a replacement and once I recieve it I will update this rating.Today was the first day I used the grill and it is everything it says it is. Nonstick, easy to clean, smokeless but...AFter I cleaned up from the grilling the I noticed the copper peeling. I did not use and utensils when grilling or abrasive cleaners or steel wool pads. It is very easy to cealn. For the price that you pay for this product it should not be damaged after the first use.;I was going to give this a 5 star outstanding rating because I am very impressed with the nonstick and smokelss. Food tastes great.
