The bike is great and I use it to do Door Dash. My main complaint is one of the batteries stopped charging within a month because of a loose connection on the terminal. I contacted the seller and tried to explain what happened. They said to send a video to their email address that they refused to even input in our conversations back and forth. The replacement batteries are 600 dollars and they don't want to send me a replacement battery. This vendor is very unprofessional and just refuses to work with a veteran that needs this extra battery to make more money to pay rent. Now I have to buy a new battery and make payments on it so I can work more hrs. Pathetic Vendor, but great bike!The bike was easy to assemble. Had it for about 2weeks and I’m getting an error message already which causes the bike to no longer accelerate…apart from that it’s a decent e-bike has a good range on it and I love the lights and brakes most importantly. But that error message is a little concerning.Anyone can turn the power on and start the bike. You must lock the bike to an object. Pedals are low. Your toes will drag if your not seated high enough.Awesome, I love this bike, very high qualityArrived in 7 days in good shape thanks FedEx and our delivery driver. Easy to assemble charged batteries and I was riding. Works good for a 200 lb 60 year old man.Assembled with ease without need for instructions. It has plenty of power and I especially enjoy the way it's programed to gitty-up with a little stroke of the peddles. Got her up to 28mph on electric, no peddling. Highly recommend for ones looking for adventure with ease.I’ve made a very good investment by purchasing this beast. Not only the motor is strong but it has a good looking. It catch eyes easily. The only thing that the manufacturer should include in this bike is an embedded tracking device since electric bikes have recently became popular for getting aroundI have never made a more sound investment than I have purchasing this e-bike and the customer service is impeccable!! I haven't had to charge the battery for 4/5 days at a time, I would highly recommend purchasing this bike!! I weight 260 and it's held me up well!! It has awesome power!! I call it my monster cause it's a beast of a bike!! Get a helmet and enjoy the ride!!!
