We generally use chain falls to get things up to a roof for hvac repair. Compressors, motors and such. This makes it so much easier. The only thing that needs improved is when reeling in you need to guide cable on spool so it doesn't bind up or make the load bounce as cable settles in spool making heart skip a beat. Other than that, it's great
