I had problems with the holes for the top and bottom half of the drum that would not line up so I gave 3 stars due to quality issues. I contacted seller and they were very helpful and worked with me to resolve the problem. I ended up rotating the upper half to get 4/6 holes to line up. Then I redrilled and tapped the remaining holes to next larger size bolt to force it all to line up. I had to countersink the large philips screws as they would not see flush enough for the gasket to work-easily fixed. I also added black silicone RTV sealant to both sides of the thick gasket before assembly to ensure a good water tight fit - worked like a charm! I also RTV'd the screws that hold the mixer blades inside the mixing chamber - again worked great! Zero leaks - well pleased. I am sure the gasket was thick enough to do a good job but after the "fun", I did NOT want to take it all apart again! Overall excellent customer service but build quality needs improvement. Also, manual seemed to skip an important step of install of the safety shield to keep things like fingers out of the drive gear on the side of the unit. Since I did not want to redo everything, I simply made a new guard from a chunk of HDPE I had sitting around and it worked perfect. I can recommend this product for the excellent price and support but be aware you may need to do a little extra work to make it all fit.
